We have developed an introductory package for families interested in creating a North Star placement for their child. For a suggested $100 donation to North Star Foundation you will receive a copy of THE GOLDEN BRIDGE: A Guide to Assistance Dogs for Children Challenged by Autism or Other Developmental Disabilities (Purdue University Press, 2006) and an hour long phone consultation with Patty Dobbs Gross (or an hour long visit if distance permits). 

Purchase of this package is a the first step toward applying for a North Star placement and the funds will be applied to the North Star kid/canine partnership if the family decides to move forward….
